The Fujitsu 18RLXFW ductless mini-split system is a heating and cooling unit. This unit comes with a remote control (optional wall mounted wired thermostat available) as a standard feature. This unit is pre-charged with the environment friendly R-410a refrigerant. No additional refrigerant is needed if the line set (scroll to the bottom on this page for a line set for this unit) is 50 feet in length or shorter. 18RLXFW is rated at 19.2 SEER efficiency which makes it one of most efficient system on the market today! Also, the indoor unit on the 18RLXFW is only 39 in. long which makes it the smallest mini-split system in its category through out the industry.
The high efficiency of these systems helps them pay for themselves by slashing electrical costs. Strong, quiet and efficient DC motors are used in both indoors and outdoors. High performance fan blades, condensers and evaporators makes for unmatched performance. Variable speed compressors automatically adjust to fluctuating room capacity requirements.

This Fujitsu ductless mini-split air conditioner / heat pump come with a 5 year parts and 7 year compressor warranty. If anything should go wrong with the unit within this time period, GreenDroplet.com will honor any warranty claims. If such situation occurs please contact us directly for assitance. Important: All installations must be performed or supervised by a certified HVAC technician in order for the warranty to be valid.

I purchased this product after much research. I shopped many sites on the net and settled with this company. The salesperson (KAMILLE) was excellent with all the questions I had about the unit and very courteous. He went out of his way in explaining the install procedure and materials needed. We installed it in a 600 square feet room addition in which we did not have space for duct work. We have been very happy so far with the unit considering we have very hot summers in S. Texas. This unit cools the room very quickly. The installation process was very easy and not very expensive as I know a traditional unit would have taken much longer and at a greater cost. My utility bills during the summer were very low which tells me this is a very efficient unit because we have many 95-degree days in July and August. very pleased with the unit overall. We also go the wall mounted thermostat for extra $145 but it was well worth it. With two small children in the house the remote would probably not last long. We installed this system in our family room where we spend most of our time. Our new house located in New Orleans get hot and humid very quick and we wanted for that space to get cooled and dehumidified fast. This unit is fantastic. I mainly needed the extra cooling to cover our office space in our building, although the heating option is a plus. The unit is quiet and delivers just the extra air like we needed. We are very happy and we will be changing the server room system as well and we'll definitely come back to green droplet.
